Head of Finance

About the RoleOur client, a leading manufacturer within chemical industry, is seeking a Head of Finance to join their team in Dubai, UAE. As the Head of Finance, you will report directly to the Managing Director and serve as a key member of the leadership team, providing strategic financial guidance while overseeing all aspects of financial planning, reporting, compliance, treasury, and manufacturing finance. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in manufacturing finance and cost accounting, financial planning and analysis, and business partnering, which will align successfully within the organization.About the RequirementsLead all finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in accordance with IFRS and corporate policies.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis to support strategic business decisions and sustainable growth.Manage manufacturing cost accounting, inventory valuation, product costing, and margin analysis to drive operational efficiency and profitability.Ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax, VAT regulations, statutory requirements, and coordinate external audits and regulatory reporting.Partner closely with Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams to optimize working capital, improve cash flow, and support business expansion initiatives.About YouBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; CA, ACCA, CPA, or CMA qualification preferred.Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role within manufacturing, chemicals, industrial products, or related sectors.Strong knowledge of manufacturing finance, standard costing, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.), financial controls, and stakeholder management.About the RecruiterContact: Jasmine Puno - Recruitment ResourcerJob Scams NoticeYour Safety and Data Security Matter to Us.Manpower Middle East is committed to a safe and transparent hiring process.
