Head of People and Talent, North London, c£80,000, plus bonus and excellent benefits, permanent.Our client is a high-growth, forward-thinking business with ambitious plans and a strong reputation for delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service. Following an exciting period of change, they are now seeking a Head of People and Talent to join their team.Reporting to a fabulous CPO, this is a highly visible leadership role where you will help define and drive a people and learning strategy that directly supports commercial performance and long-term business objectives. Leading a team, you will partner closely with senior stakeholders to enhance organisational capability, strengthen HR infrastructure, and foster a high-performance culture across the business. You will design, lead, and embed effective HR processes across the full employee lifecycle, including leadership and learning development, performance management, succession planning, and employee experience, ensuring the people agenda is aligned to and enabling of growth. You will act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, confidently influencing decision-making, constructively challenging where appropriate and coaching managers to build strong, accountable, and engaged teams.This role requires a commercially astute and agile HR leader who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is comfortable navigating change.
