We're headquartered in Wynwood, Miami, and our team works across time zones.We're hiring our first Head of Technology to own every system, tool and automation that runs the business.What you'll doBuild internal tools on top of TikTok Shop APIs and MCPs so our team stops doing by hand what software can do.Build reporting dashboards that pull our brand, creator and sales data into one place.Build and maintain custom Discord bots that connect our creator communities to the TikTok Shop ecosystem, from product data to creator performance.Automate workflows across the company using Zapier, MCPs and direct API integrations.Own domain hosting, account access and data security for the internal team.Find the manual, repetitive work in our operations and kill it before anyone asks you to.Roll out new tools to the team with clear processes so they actually get used.What we're looking forYou've built and shipped internal tools, integrations or automations, and you can show us what you made.You don't have to write every line from scratch. No-code and AI-assisted building are welcome. But you understand code well enough to read it, debug it and make good architecture calls.You're comfortable with backend database schemas, REST APIs, webhooks, frontend integration, AI agents and MCPs.You've worked with Discord bots or are confident you can get up to speed fast.You move quickly. Priorities here shift week to week and you're fine with that.Strong written and spoken English. You'll work directly with our founders, brand clients and US-based team.Bonus pointsExperience with TikTok Shop, Euka, e-commerce, or creator and affiliate platforms.Hands-on experience with Supabase, Railway, Vercel or Next.js.You've been the sole or lead technical person at a small, fast company before.Working hoursThis is a full-time role working US Eastern (EST) hours.
