Head of Learner Engagement SectionKHDA is seeking an accomplished leader to head the Learner Engagement Section and strengthen how learner perspectives contribute to education policy, regulatory frameworks, and continuous improvement across Dubai’s education sector.The role will lead the design and implementation of learner feedback and engagement initiatives, ensuring that learner perspectives are meaningfully represented in KHDA’s policies and strategic priorities.What You’ll DoLead the development and implementation of learner feedback mechanisms, including surveys, focus groups, and digital engagement platforms.Analyse learner feedback to identify trends and inform educational policy adjustments.Develop strategies to integrate learner perspectives into KHDA’s regulatory frameworks and strategic planning.Collaborate with educational institutions and learner-led organisations to strengthen engagement and representation.Establish inclusive feedback processes that represent learners from diverse backgrounds.Communicate transparently with learners regarding the impact of their feedback.Create leadership opportunities through learner feedback and engagement activities.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of engagement initiatives and their contribution to educational outcomes.Lead cross-functional projects that strengthen learner involvement in decision-making.Guide the team, manage resources and budgets, and report the impact of learner feedback to KHDA leadership.What We’re Looking ForMaster’s degree in Education, Public Policy, or a related field.10+ years of experience in education, policy, or engagement roles.Demonstrated experience leading feedback and engagement initiatives.Proven track record in using data and feedback insights to inform policy adaptation.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong leadership capability with the ability to inspire others, enable change, respond to community needs, and deliver high-quality outcomes.Interested in Joining Us?If you have the required experience and are interested in contributing to learner-centred policy and engagement across Dubai’s education sector, we invite you to apply and explore this opportunity with KHDA.
