Head of Operations

We’re growing, and hiring for Head of Operations 🚀 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Own end-to-end operations; deliver against SLAs, budgets, and targets.
• Build and run the operations structure and governance model.
• Standardize processes; lead Six Sigma projects to cut defects, rework, and turnaround time.
• Embed Agile ways of working across operational and cross-functional teams.
• Set KPIs and dashboards; run performance reviews with department heads.
• Manage risk, compliance, and business continuity.
• Control the operations budget and vendors. 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
• Post Graduate preferred.
• 8+ years in operations, including 3 to 4 years in senior leadership. 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀
