This role goes beyond recruitment. You will drive workforce planning,leadership hiring, employer branding, and talent strategy while ensuring every hire strengthens ourculture and supports our long-term business goals. We're looking for someone who has workedclosely with founders or leadership teams, thinks beyond conventional hiring, and is passionateabout building exceptional teams—not just filling positions.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Strategy & Workforce Planning

• Develop and execute the company's talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.
• Partner with business leaders to forecast workforce needs and create hiring roadmaps.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future business requirements.Leadership Hiring & Talent Excellence
• Lead leadership, niche, and business-critical hiring.
• Drive structured hiring processes that improve quality of hire and candidate experience.
• Ensure every hiring decision balances technical capability with cultural alignment.Culture & Employer Brand
• Strengthen Lepton's culture by hiring people who embody our values and ownership mindset.
• Build Lepton's employer brand and innovative sourcing strategies.
• Enhance employee referral and talent community initiatives.Business Partnership & Innovation
• Act as a trusted advisor to founders and business leaders on talent decisions.
• Introduce innovative hiring practices, AI-enabled recruitment tools, and market intelligence.
• Challenge traditional recruitment approaches and identify smarter ways to attract exceptionaltalent.Recruitment Excellence
• Establish scalable recruitment processes and governance.
• Track hiring metrics and provide insights to leadership.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Talent Acquisition team.Qualifications & ExperienceEducation: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. MBA/PGDM preferred.Experience: 10–15 years in Talent Acquisition with leadership experience. Proven expertise in workforce planning, leadership hiring, employer branding, and scaling recruitment functions.Experience partnering with founders/CXOs preferred. Experience in Technology, SaaS, Telecom,GIS, IT Services, or Engineering is an advantage.What We're Looking For
