About the jobJOB DUTIES1. Lead and Develop the Development Team:Responsible for building, developing, and maintaining the team of software engineers, project managers, and support departments to meet customer needs and drive company growth.2. Project Management and Quality Commitment:Ensure projects are executed on schedule, within budget, and aligned with the quality standards committed to clients.Monitor and coordinate projects to ensure customer satisfaction.3. Establish and Maintain Customer RelationshipsWork closely with major clients to ensure services are delivered according to their needsMaintain and develop long-term client relationships.4.
