The role involves welcoming guests, managing reservations, and guiding visitors to the appropriate areas while maintaining a professional, courteous demeanour. The Hostess cum Cashier will handle customer inquiries, answer phone calls, and coordinate seating or appointment schedules as required. The role also includes managing cash transactions, processing payments accurately, issuing receipts, and maintaining proper records. Daily responsibilities involve supporting a smooth front-of-house operation, resolving basic customer concerns, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive guest experience.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to engage guests professionally and build positive relationships.Candidates should have strong communication and Phone Etiquette skills to handle inquiries, provide clear information, and manage calls confidently.Candidates should possess Reservations management skills to schedule, track, and update bookings accurately and efficiently.Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills, with attention to detail in processing payments and maintaining records.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer-facing roles is preferred.Proficiency in English; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are an advantage.Professional appearance, reliability, and the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of catering/events is an advantage.Can join immediately Candidate must be in the UAE.
