Job Description

? Welcome and greet guests warmly, verify reservations and ensure a smooth, personalized arrival experience. ? Manage guest seating, walk-in inquiries, waiting lists, and table availability in coordination with the reservations and floor teams. ? Recognize returning guests, accommodate special requests and provide professional, attentive service to VIPs and first-time visitors. ? Maintain composure during busy evening services, communicate accurate waiting times and handle guest concerns with confidence and professionalism.

Qualifications

1. Female candidates of European, Arabic, or CIS nationality, aged 30 and below, minimum of 2 years of guest relations experience in a busy restaurant, premium bar, or lifestyle hotel. 2. Excellent English communication skills with a warm, engaging personality. 3. Proven ability to manage guest arrivals, reservations, walk-ins, and waiting lists during peak service. 4. Strong interpersonal skills, guest awareness, and the ability to adapt communication styles to different guests.
