SWOT Hospitality is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to join our team at a luxury hotel in Rhodes, Greece.The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction, ensuring an exceptional luxury hospitality experience.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage all housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotelSupervise, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver outstanding serviceConduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spacesDevelop and implement housekeeping procedures in line with luxury hospitality standardsManage departmental budgets, staffing schedules, linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies efficientlyCoordinate closely with Front Office, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operationsMonitor guest feedback and address any housekeeping-related concerns promptly and professionallyEnsure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and brand standardsRequirementsProven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Housekeeping Manager in a luxury hotelStrong leadership, organizational, and team management skillsExcellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiencesKnowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning standards, inventory control, and cost managementExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsFluency in English; additional languages will be considered an advantageAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, seasonal hospitality environmentBenefitsCompetitive salary package based on experience and qualificationsAccommodation and meals, subject to company policyA professional and supportive working environmentOpportunities for professional development and career growthThe opportunity to work in a luxury hospitality environment on the beautiful island of Rhodes, Greece
