The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations and assist in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.Key Responsibilities Assist in end-to-end recruitment process - sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews and onboarding Maintain employee records, HR databases and personal files Handle HR documentation - offer letters, employment contracts, NOCs and other HR letters Support payroll inputs, leave management and attendance tracking Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, labour contract and other government formalities Assist in employee engagement activities and HR policy implementation Handle employee queries and provide HR support to staff Ensure compliance with UAE Labour LawRequirements 1-2 years of experience as HR Executive / HR Coordinator in UAE Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices is preferred Experience in a Corporate Services / Business Setup company is an advantage Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office and HR software Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field Immediate joiner preferred and currently available in UAEWork Location: Dubai, UAE.Immediate joiners are preferred.Contact us at +91 9791033506botim calls at +91 9791033506WhatsApp us at +91 9791033506Skills: employee relations,employee engagement,government,communication,availability,other,documentation,recruitment,employment contracts,databases
