HR Director, Manchester, c£100,000 plus excellent benefits, permanent.Our client is a highly successful and growing organisation, recognised for its strong culture and ambitious plans for future expansion. Following a period of significant transformation, they are now seeking an experienced HR Director to shape and deliver the people integration agenda.Reporting to the CEO, as HR Director you will lead a small team of HR Business Partners and act as a trusted advisor to senior and executive stakeholders. Following a recent merger, you will be responsible for delivering a value-adding, forward-thinking HR service, partnering closely with leadership teams across the business to align people strategy with wider business objectives, ultimately driving performance and enabling sustainable growth. This is a role that requires a strategic, commercially astute, and innovative HR Director who is passionate about delivering results and enabling the organisation to achieve its strategic goals, while remaining aligned to its core purpose and values. You will ensure the delivery of best-in-class HR solutions across all areas, including employee relations, talent, and engagement whilst playing a pivotal role in leading and supporting complex change and transformation, including the future acquisition and integration of further businesses. Operating within a multi-site, commercially focused and professional environment, you will be instrumental in embedding effective ways of working and driving continuous improvement across the business.This is a pivotal leadership role, offering the opportunity to shape and deliver a high-impact HR strategy across a multi-site, commercially focused business.
