Human Resources Manager - RetailOne of our clients in the Retail sector is looking for a HR Manager to join their highly collaborative team. Reporting directly to the CHRO, the HR Manager is critical in managing the full spectrum of HR operations and driving the strategic HR initiatives that support business objectives including recruitment, performance management, talent management, L&D and employee relationship.ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment as well as onboarding/offboarding processConduct performance reviews and establish development plans for the employeesEnforce HR compliance policies as a point of contact for employees concerns and grievances.Organise wellness activities, engagement surveys, and training programs to enhance employee experience and drive team effectiveness and culture changeQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business-related fieldMore than 8 years HR experience with team leadership experienceStrong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment lawsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsIf you are interested in the role, please apply with your updated resume to Jordan.wang@revup-consulting.com for a confidential discussion.
