Human Resources Manager (Holding)

Our client, a Holding operating in Turkey, is looking for a Human Resources Manager reporting directly to the General Manager. Role ProfileDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, performance management, career development, and learning & development processes.Oversee compensation & benefits practices, including annual salary review processes.Ensure the effective management of payroll, personnel administration, leave management, and other HR operations in compliance with applicable legislation.Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and internal practices.Support organizational development, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.Prepare and present regular HR reports and analyses to senior management.Manage employee relations and implement initiatives to strengthen organizational culture.Collaborate closely with department managers to identify HR needs and develop effective solutions.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field.Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Human Resources, preferably including at least 3 years in a managerial role.Solid experience in recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and employee relations.Strong knowledge of Turkish Labor Law and relevant employment regulations.Experience in overseeing payroll, personnel administration, and HR operations.Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes.Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.Ability to combine a strategic HR perspective with a hands-on approach to daily operations.
