HVAC MEP

Role Description The HVAC MEP role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The individual in this role will install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC and plumbing systems in accordance with project specifications and local regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues, performing scheduled preventive maintenance, and ensuring optimal performance and safety of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment. The role involves coordinating with project teams and subcontractors, documenting work performed, and adhering to quality, safety, and compliance standards. The HVAC MEP professional will also communicate with internal stakeholders and clients to address service requests and provide clear updates on work progress.QualificationsStrong technical skills in HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.Hands-on experience with plumbing systems related to MEP projects.Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues in building services.Ability to perform preventive maintenance and keep accurate service records.Effective customer service skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.Knowledge of relevant building codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field; relevant trade licenses are an advantage.Previous experience in MEP roles within commercial or industrial facilities, preferably in the GCC region.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
