In this role, you will be the bridge between our cutting-edge technology and our enterprise clients. You will lead customer onboarding, drive high-level ERP integration discussions, map complex business processes, and ensure flawless go-live execution.If you have a strong background in ERP systems, an understanding of API integrations, and expertise in UAE VAT and the evolving electronic invoicing landscape, we want to hear from you.📍 Location: On-site (Dubai, UAE)📅Notice Period : Immediate joiners (max 1 month), Don't apply if it's above 1 MonthKey ResponsibilitiesWorkshops & Discovery: Lead client requirement workshops to deeply understand their current ERP infrastructure and invoicing workflows.Integration & Mapping: Support complex ERP data mapping and align technical integration requirements using APIs.Onboarding & Project Coordination: Manage the end-to-end customer onboarding lifecycle, acting as the primary technical point of contact.Testing & Training: Design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) blueprints and conduct comprehensive system training for client teams.Go-Live & Hypercare: Orchestrate all go-live transition activities and provide dedicated post-implementation hypercare support.Skills & Qualifications RequiredExperience: 4 to 8 years of proven experience in technical implementation consulting.Technical Savvy: Strong familiarity with API frameworks, technical documentation, and complex business process mapping.Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of core financial workflows, accounting practices, and VAT processes.Soft Skills: Exceptional presentation, client management, and communication skills.Preferred Knowledge & SystemsHands-on exposure to major ERP platforms: SAP Business One, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.Deep operational knowledge of UAE VAT & E-Invoicing Regulations (ZATCA / Peppol framework familiarity is a major plus).Eligible candidates can share their profiles on engage@nxtarray.com
