Employment Type: Full-timeJOB SUMMARYWe are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee the design, implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of the organization's IT infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-premises and cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and operational excellence across enterprise systems. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and project management capabilities to support business growth and digital transformation initiatives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, virtualization, storage, networking, and cloud platforms.Ensure high availability, performance, security, and reliability of IT systems and services.Lead infrastructure operations, including incident, problem, change, and capacity management, while meeting SLA and KPI targets.Plan and execute infrastructure projects, cloud migrations, system upgrades, and technology refresh initiatives.Administer hybrid cloud environments (AWS and on-premises) and optimize infrastructure performance and costs.Develop and implement disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity strategies.Lead, mentor, and manage the infrastructure team, fostering operational excellence and continuous improvement.Monitor infrastructure health, automate operational processes, and implement best practices for system monitoring and maintenance.Manage IT vendors, contracts, assets, and technology procurement.Ensure compliance with security policies, governance standards, and audit requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver reliable and scalable IT infrastructure solutions.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or a related field.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, or systems administration.Minimum 3–5 years of experience leading infrastructure or operations teams.Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and service management.PREFERRED EXPERIENCECandidates with experience in one or more of the following industries are encouraged to apply:TelecommunicationsSystem IntegratorsCloud Service ProvidersBanking & Financial ServicesEnterprise ITManaged ServicesData Center Operations
