Infrastructure Analyst

QualificationsMinimum Bahelor's degree in economics and business/applied economics/environmental economics/related field.Required SkillsProfessional experience in economic research, particularly sectoral analysis, from research institutions and financial institutions for at least 10 years.Understanding of economics, particularly in the sectoral field, particularly infrastructure and/or the environment.Demonstrated competence in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies relevant to sectoral analysis.Experience writing research reports, policy papers, or scientific publications.Ability to develop research-based strategic insights to support corporate decisions.Ability to lead and collaborate with research teams.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in Indonesian and English for internal and external coordination and dissemination of research results.High integrity, results-oriented, and analytically sound.Ability to plan work, manage team workloads, and monitor performance.Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple research projects simultaneously.Ability to problem-solve and make data-driven decisions.Able to build professional networks (networking) with research institutions, government, international financing institutions, and academics.
