The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in learning design, digital education, and instructional technology, along with the ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional teams to create effective learning experiences.🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in designing and developing instructional materials for training programs, courses, and educational initiatives.Collaborate with instructional designers, trainers, and subject matter experts to define learning objectives and content requirements.Develop presentations, learner guides, worksheets, assessments, and other educational resources.Support the creation of digital learning content for online courses and learning management systems (LMS).Organize instructional content into clear, structured, and engaging learning modules.Assist with incorporating multimedia elements, interactive activities, and visual resources into learning materials.Review course materials for accuracy, consistency, accessibility, and instructional effectiveness.Help conduct research on instructional design methods, learning technologies, and educational trends.Assist with testing online learning modules and identifying opportunities for improvement.Gather learner feedback and support the evaluation of training effectiveness.Maintain organized records of course materials, design assets, and project documentation.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure learning projects meet established timelines and quality standards.✅ RequirementsDiploma or bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, Multimedia Design, or a related field is preferred.Previous experience in instructional design, educational content development, training support, or e-learning is an advantage.Understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning concepts is beneficial.Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools is an advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation software.Basic knowledge of multimedia content creation and visual communication.Strong written communication, research, and organizational skills.Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.Ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams.Creative mindset, willingness to learn, and commitment to improving learning experiences.🌟 What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experience and qualifications.Opportunities for professional training and development.Supportive and collaborative working environment.Exposure to digital learning projects and instructional design technologies.Opportunities to develop educational content creation and learning design skills.Potential for career advancement within instructional design, e-learning, and learning development.📩 Interested in this opportunity?
