The individual in this role will support client engagements by analyzing business processes, identifying gaps, and contributing to the design and implementation of technology-driven solutions, including apps and workflow automations. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and interpreting data, preparing reports and presentations, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and assisting in project planning and execution. The Senior Associate will also help ensure that solutions align with compliance and strategic objectives, while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. This role requires proactive collaboration, ownership of assigned tasks, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment.Qualifications Ability to analyze business processes, interpret data, and contribute to strategic recommendations.Experience working with or supporting technology solutions, such as applications, automations, or platforms.Understanding of compliance or regulatory considerations in business and technology contexts.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Proven organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to handle multiple priorities.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.Prior experience in consulting, technology, or professional services is preferred.Willingness to work on-site in Dubai and engage with clients and colleagues in a professional manner.
