Instructional Designer

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop e-learning courses, training materials, lesson plans, and facilitator guides.Apply instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and SAM.Develop interactive learning modules using Articulate 360, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Cloud.Collaborate with subject matter experts to create effective training content.Conduct training needs analysis, assessments, and quality reviews.Manage course development projects, timelines, and learning assets.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Education, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.Minimum of 3 years of training experience, including course development and delivery.Experience with Articulate 360, e-learning development, and curriculum design.Strong communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
