Instrument Mechanic

Job ResponsibilitiesInspect, monitor and maintain plant instrumentation, control panels, PLC systems and related equipment.Perform overhauling, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of instrumentation systems and generators.Fabricate small control panels and carry out instrument wiring, including variable frequency drives (VFDs).Calibrate and maintain weigh feeders, bucket elevators, screw conveyors and other plant instrumentation.Ensure reliable equipment operation and compliance with plant safety procedures.Salary: AED 3,300–4,500 per month + accommodation and transportation.Industry: Cement / Industrial ManufacturingRequirementsITI, Diploma or equivalent technical qualification in Instrumentation, Electronics or a related field.5–10 years of relevant industrial instrumentation maintenance experience.Cement industry experience is preferred.Practical knowledge of PLC systems, control panels, calibration, instrumentation wiring and VFDs.
