About Time Home Real Estate:Time Home Real Estate is a premier real estate agency in Dubai, specializing in luxury residential, commercial, and off-plan property investments. We are seeking experienced, high-performing Off-Plan Real Estate Consultants to join our expanding team.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of active off-plan real estate sales experience in the UAE market.
• Proven track record of selling off-plan developments (Emaar, Nakheel, DAMAC, Sobha, Danube, etc.).
• In-depth understanding of payment plans, ROI calculations, and investor portfolio management.
• Strong network of local and international buyers/investors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).

Key Responsibilities

• Advise investors and buyers on high-yield off-plan opportunities across Dubai.
• Present master plans, floor plans, payment schedules, and project launches to prospective clients.
• Build and manage a strong portfolio of local and international investors.
• Represent Time Home Real Estate at developer roadshows, launches, and sales events.
