- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team and recruiting his team.
- Drive business growth and achieve targets
- Monitor team performance and ensure KPIs are met
- Build and maintain strong client relationships๐ ๐๐ก๐๐ญ ๐๐โ๐ซ๐ ๐๐จ๐จ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ ๐จ๐ซ:
- 3โ7 years of experience in insurance and sales field
- Previous managerial experience is a must
- Insurance or banking background is preferred
