Location: Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaAbout the RoleIthra Design is seeking an experienced and creative Interior Designer Client Relations to join our team in Jeddah.This position combines interior design expertise, concept development, and client relationship management.

The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal design teams, ensuring a seamless and exceptional client experience throughout the project lifecycle.We are looking for a design professional with a refined aesthetic, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to translate client aspirations into distinctive, high-quality interior design solutions.Key Responsibilities1. Client Relations & CommunicationAct as the primary point of contact for clients throughout all design stages.Lead client meetings, design consultations, and presentations to understand project requirements, preferences, budgets, and expectations.Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication, responsiveness, and exceptional service.Present design concepts, mood boards, material selections, and project updates with clarity and confidence.Manage client feedback, design revisions, and approvals while ensuring alignment with project objectives.2. Interior Design & Concept DevelopmentDevelop and present creative interior design concepts aligned with client expectations and Ithra Design's luxury design standards.Prepare mood boards, material palettes, furniture selections, and FF&E concepts.Establish cohesive design directions incorporating colors, finishes, textures, lighting, and decorative elements.Ensure design proposals balance aesthetics, functionality, budget considerations, and execution feasibility.Maintain consistency of the approved design concept throughout all project stages.3. Design Review & Quality AssuranceReview furniture layouts, mood boards, 3D visualizations, material selections, and design presentations before client submission.Ensure all design deliverables meet the company's quality standards and approved design direction.Verify that client feedback and requested revisions are accurately reflected in design outputs.Provide constructive design feedback and coordinate necessary adjustments with internal teams.4. Design Coordination & Project Follow-UpTranslate client requirements into clear, structured design briefs for internal teams.Coordinate with interior designers, 2D drafting, 3D visualization, technical, and FF&E teams.Monitor project progress, deliverables, revisions, and client approvals to support timely delivery.Maintain clear communication between clients and project stakeholders.Ensure design intent and quality are preserved from initial concept through final handover.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.3–6 years of professional experience in interior design, preferably within luxury residential or hospitality projects.Proven experience in client-facing roles, design consultations, and professional presentations.Strong expertise in concept development, mood boards, space planning, material selection, and FF&E.Solid understanding of 2D drawings, 3D visualization workflows, technical documentation, and design execution processes.Excellent English communication and presentation skills; Arabic proficiency is highly advantageous.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary design teams.Preferred Candidate ProfileDemonstrates a sophisticated design sensibility with an appreciation for Contemporary Luxury and New Classical interiors.Confidently communicates and presents design proposals to high-profile clients.Combines creative design thinking with strong technical understanding.Takes ownership of client communication, project follow-ups, and design quality.Is proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, and quality-focused design environment.How to ApplyIf you are passionate about luxury interior design and creating exceptional client experiences, we would love to hear from you.Please submit your CV and Design Portfolio through LinkedIn or email:📩 careers@ithradesign.comEmail Subject: Interior Designer – Client Relations | Your Name#Hiring #InteriorDesigner #ClientRelations #IthraDesign #LuxuryInteriorDesign #InteriorDesignJobs #JeddahJobs #SaudiArabiaJobs
