Inventory Controller

🚀 We're Hiring | Inventory Controller📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia🏭 Industry: Manufacturing & Supply Chain🏢 Department: Supply ChainWe are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Controller to join our team and ensure accurate inventory management, efficient warehouse operations, and effective stock control.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP ERP systems.Conduct regular cycle counts, monthly stock counts, and annual physical inventory checks.Investigate inventory discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.Manage inventory transactions, including goods receipts, material issuance, stock transfers, and adjustments.Coordinate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.Ensure accurate recording of inbound and outbound shipments.Monitor stock movements and ensure proper documentation and filing.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.Support warehouse operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.2–3 years of relevant experience in inventory control, warehousing, or supply chain operations.Strong hands-on experience with SAP inventory management systems.Knowledge of inventory control procedures, stock reconciliation, and warehouse operations.Familiarity with logistics processes and inventory documentation.Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
