Investment Banking Analyst

We are currently looking to connect with Investment Banking Analysts for a potential opportunity with an established international M&A advisory firm in London.The position offers exposure to mid-market M&A transactions, working closely with senior bankers and clients across a range of industries.

Key Responsibilities

Support the execution of buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions.Develop financial models, valuations and transaction analyses.Prepare pitch books, investment presentations and marketing materials.Conduct industry research, company analysis and commercial assessments.Assist with due diligence and coordinate with clients, investors and advisers throughout transaction processes.Ideal Candidate:Approximately 1-3 years of full-time experience in investment banking or M&A advisory.Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills.Experience working on live M&A transactions.Background from an investment bank or reputable M&A advisory firm.Excellent academic credentials, communication skills and attention to detail.Fluent English.
