Investment Banking Analyst – LondonWe’re working with a leading full-service mid-market investment bank that’s looking to appoint an Analyst to its London team. The firm advises ambitious public and private companies on M&A, capital raising, debt advisory and strategic matters.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution of M&A transactions, capital raises and other corporate finance mandatesBuild and maintain financial models, valuation analyses and transaction materialsPrepare pitch books, Information Memoranda, management presentations and other client documentsConduct financial, commercial and industry research for live deals and business developmentWork closely with senior bankers throughout the deal lifecycle, from origination to completionQualifications and Experience1–3 years’ experience in investment banking, corporate finance, M&A or transaction servicesStrong analytical and financial modelling skills, with advanced Excel and PowerPointExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearlyACA qualification preferredHighly motivated, detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environmentWhat’s on OfferBroad, sector-agnostic deal exposure across M&A and capital marketsEarly responsibility on live transactionsCompetitive salary and bonusA collaborative, entrepreneurial culture with clear progression to AssociateThis is a great opportunity for an ambitious Analyst to build broad deal experience at a well-established investment bank.
