Energy & Infrastructure Investment Banking Analyst

Location: Texas (Houston or Dallas)A growing investment banking platform is seeking an Analyst to support M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory engagements across the Energy & Infrastructure sector.

The role offers exposure to a broad range of transactions within oil & gas, energy services, and related infrastructure markets while working closely with senior bankers in a lean team environment.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain financial models, including DCF, LBO, comparable company, precedent transaction, and industry-specific valuation analyses.Support execution of M&A and capital markets transactions from marketing through closing.Prepare pitch books, CIMs, management presentations, and board materials.Conduct industry, market, and company research across the energy landscape.Manage due diligence processes, virtual data rooms, and transaction workflows.Requirements1-2 years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Private Equity, or Transaction Advisory.Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.Prior exposure to Energy, Infrastructure, or Oil & Gas sectors preferred.Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment with significant client exposure.CompensationCompetitive base salary and bonus package.Eligible for a comprehensive benefits program.
