Job Description

Be responsible for the construction, operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure for the office and its covered areas, including computer room projects, structured cabling, installation, commissioning and maintenance of network devices and servers, to ensure safe and stable system operation.Be responsible for the installation and distribution of office terminals such as computers and printers, as well as the inspection and resolution of daily hardware and desktop issues.Provide 7×24 global IT technical support for worldwide office users, and be familiar with ITSM systems and ITIL-related processes.Compile IT support technical documents, build an IT knowledge base, and promote the standardization of IT services; regularly summarize IT technical support issues and generate reports to drive the optimization and improvement of IT service quality.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Computer Science or related fields.At least 2 years of experience in overseas office network construction and desktop support services.Proficient in professional computer network knowledge, familiar with mainstream routers, switches, firewalls, server products and relevant technologies; candidates with Cisco CCNA/CCNP or other equivalent vendor certifications are preferred.Able to use the local language of the country of residence, English or Chinese as a working language with fluent oral communication skills.
