Oversee IT operations, system availability, service delivery, and business continuity. Manage IT service providers, vendors, technology procurement, and contracts. Identify technology improvement opportunities and implement cost-effective solutions. Support the integration of IT and OT systems, including SCADA, DCS, PLCs, and process historians. IT Infrastructure & Systems ManagementManage IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, software, databases, and cloud services. Oversee virtualization platforms, firewalls, backup solutions, and ERP systems. Ensure system reliability through preventive maintenance, upgrades, and performance monitoring. Maintain technology inventories, software licenses, system documentation, and service agreements. Cybersecurity & Risk ManagementDevelop and maintain IT/OT cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and security controls. Protect data, networks, industrial control systems, and critical infrastructure against cyber threats. Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments, audits, and vulnerability reviews. Lead cybersecurity incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning. Ensure regular testing of backup systems and disaster recovery procedures. Digital Transformation & AnalyticsLead digital transformation initiatives and implement Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT, AI, machine learning, digital twins, and smart mining solutions. Establish data governance standards and improve enterprise reporting and analytics capabilities. Drive the adoption of Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and advanced analytics platforms. Identify digital solutions to improve plant throughput, mineral recovery, equipment reliability, and energy efficiency. Support predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, and data-driven operational decision-making. Team Leadership & Stakeholder ManagementLead, coach, and develop the IT team, including performance management and technical training. Collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, laboratory, and business support teams. Manage relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and relevant external stakeholders. Translate business requirements into effective technology solutions and communicate technical matters clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Governance & ComplianceDevelop and maintain IT policies, standards, procedures, and technical documentation. Ensure compliance with software licensing, information security requirements, and applicable regulations. Manage technology projects, budgets, resources, and implementation timelines. Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A master s degree in a relevant discipline is an added advantage. Minimum 10 years of relevant IT experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role. Proven experience managing IT infrastructure, ERP systems, networks, virtualization, firewalls, and backup solutions. Strong knowledge of IT/OT integration, industrial automation environments, and cybersecurity. Demonstrated experience leading IT projects and digital transformation initiatives within budget and timelines. Experience in mining, mineral processing, manufacturing, oil and gas, or other industrial environments is highly desirable. IT infrastructure, network administration, servers, and VMware virtualization. Network security, firewalls, backup, and disaster recovery solutions. ERP systems, databases, cloud services, and enterprise applications. Industrial automation and OT systems, including SCADA, DCS, PLCs, and process historians. IT/OT cybersecurity, risk assessment, and incident response. Data analytics, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, IoT, AI, and machine learning. Project management, technology integration, and vendor management. CISSP or CISM. ITIL. Azure Solutions Architect Expert. Power BI Data Analyst Associate. Other relevant IT, cybersecurity, cloud, or digital transformation certifications. Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement. Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills. Strong business understanding and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and priorities effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
