Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for system development.Coordinate with business users and the IT Development Team to ensure system requirements are clearly understood.Prepare business process flows, system documentation, and user requirement documents.Develop and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test plans to ensure system functionality meets business requirements.Perform functional testing, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Identify, document, and track bugs or system issues, and coordinate with the Development Team for resolution.Verify system fixes and ensure applications meet quality standards before deployment.Prepare testing reports, maintain documentation, and provide support during system implementation.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, QA Engineer, or in a similar role.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and software testing processes.Experience creating business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, test cases, and UAT documentation.Familiarity with bug-tracking tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.Good communication and coordination skills to work with business users and technical teams.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
