Location: Bandar Enstek, Negeri SembilanInternship intake: November / DecemberInternship duration: 6 monthsAs a Coca-Cola Intern, you will:This role will support Service Delivery – Supply Chain IT to support existing supply chain solutions and execute digital initiatives delivery for supply chain functions on scope, time and budget to meet business requirements.

The role will function as internal IT consultant to business.Key Duties / ResponsibilitiesResponsible for solution governance over existing supply chain solutions within Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei.Ensure that service delivery processes are compliant with internal policies and external regulations.Gather business requirements, influence technology adoptions with stake holders and translate into technical specifications.Lead, and execute digital initiative for supply chain solutions like:Production and Planning System – SAPLogistic System – Oracle Transport ManagementWarehouse System – WMS / SAPRF Device and Barcode PrintersLineViewDocument functional / configuration specifications.Ensure solution quality, company policies, project methodologies are metSupport users in delivery of enhancements and bug fixes, managing service requests and ensuring SLAs are met, troubleshooting technical issues, etc.Work closely with stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful provision of support and maintenance accordance to contract.Perform necessary training with users if required.Support supply chain initiatives delivery, sprint planning, design, testing, etc.What We're Looking For:Open for local students looking for mandatory or voluntary internship placement, or interested students up to their final year in their program.Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Analytics Management Information Systems or any related field.Minimum attachment period of 6 months.Strong command of English language (written and spoken).Active involvement in extra-curricular activities or participating members of committee groups.Willing to be based at Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan.Apply now and experience #LifeAtCoke!(Please specify your internship durations in your resumes - failure to do so may affect your candidature.
