Responsibilities

Responsible for providing leadership in the planning, implementation and management of IT infrastructure and end user support in alignment with the Company’s business objectivesManagement of all networks, servers, client desktops, email system, IT security, IT Policy, IP telephony and IT assetsEnsure technology is accessible and equipped with the latest hardware and softwareMonitor and maintain technology to ensure maximum accessOther ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science with minimum 3 solid years of relevant experience in the IT fieldProficient knowledge on troubleshooting, networks, network administration and network installation for Mac OS and Windows OS (Apple & Microsoft system license preferred)An excellent team player with excellent analytical skills, problem-solving skills, organizing skills and supervisory skillsStrong sense of responsibility with high urgencyDemonstrates excellent time management with ability to multi-task and ensure tasks and/or assignments are completed within the given timelineGood written and spoken English is a must; additional language such as Korean will be an added advantageAbility to handle stress in a fast-paced environment
