Discover the future with us, where advanced technology meets innovation to revolutionize financial services!What Responsibilities IT Manager Takes?Manage the company's IT infrastructure, systems, and operations.Lead the IT team, oversee performance, and support professional development.Manage data center infrastructure, including servers, virtualization, storage, and network components.Oversee incident, problem, change, capacity, backup, business continuity, and disaster recovery processes.Ensure the security, availability, and reliability of enterprise systems, including identity and access management, email, collaboration, and endpoint management.Improve IT processes, documentation, monitoring, and operational efficiency.Plan infrastructure modernization and cloud initiatives, and manage vendors, licenses, and budgets.Monitor operational risks, conduct root cause analysis, and prevent recurring issues.What Does BtcTurk | Teknoloji Expect from You?Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.At least 10 years of IT infrastructure and operations experience, including 2 years in a leadership role.Hands-on experience with server systems, virtualization, storage, networks, and hybrid cloud environments.Experience with high-availability systems, preferably in finance, FinTech, or e-commerce.Experience in cloud migration, infrastructure automation, monitoring, and modern infrastructure architectures.Knowledge of information security, access management, backup, and disaster recovery.Familiarity with IT service management; ITIL certification is a plus.Experience in vendor management and budget planning.Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.https://cdn.btcturk.com/technology/Calisan_Adaylari_Aydinlatma_Metni.pdf
