Hiring: IT Infrastructure Support Engineer – L2We’re looking for L2 IT Support professionals to join a project with an insurance company in Dubai. This role will support day-to-day IT operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and help employees stay connected and productive.
Location: Dubai, UAEWork setup: OnsiteInitial project duration: 12 months, rolling contractKey responsibilities:Provide first- and second-line technical support for hardware, software, connectivity, and access issues.Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.Support mobile device enrolment, configuration, policy deployment, and troubleshooting through Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.Administer Active Directory user accounts, password resets, group memberships, and access permissions.Log, prioritise, and resolve support tickets, escalating complex issues to the appropriate technical teams.Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including device setup and account provisioning.Maintain accurate records of IT assets, troubleshooting steps, and support procedures.What we’re looking for:Relevant experience in L1 / L2 IT support or infrastructure support.Hands-on experience with MDM solutions and Active Directory.Strong troubleshooting skills across end-user devices and common workplace applications.An understanding of basic networking and connectivity troubleshooting.Clear communication skills and a service-focused approach.Ability to work onsite in Dubai.Arabic language skills are preferred.
