It’s a hands-on environment with a strong focus on ownership and steady development of technical expertise.About the roleAs we continue to grow, we’re strengthening our Service Operations team in Lithuania. IT support is just the starting point here and technical skills develop naturally through experience.You will join a joint Danish–Lithuanian team, supporting enterprise customers in Denmark. In this role you’ll work directly with systems, solve actual issues and contribute to service stability - not just routine ticket handling.Your tasks will include- Troubleshooting network and security-related incidents- Working directly with customers to resolve technical issues- Monitoring incidents and helping prevent SLA breaches- Handling service requests and standard changes- Escalating more complex issues when needed- Contributing to documentation and knowledge sharingWhat we’re looking for- 2+ years of experience in IT support or Service Operations- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, VPN)- Ability to handle incidents independently and take ownership- A practical, problem-solving mindset- Willingness to learn and share knowledge with others- Good understanding of ITIL processes- Great command of EnglishAdditional experience that would be highly valuedHands-on experience with Cisco networking (CCNA or CCNP level, or equivalent practical experience)Experience working with network security solutions (e.g. Fortinet, Palo Alto or similar)Experience using ITSM tools such as ServiceNowThis role will suit you if you- are ready to step up from standard support into more technical work- want to build stronger expertise in networking and security- take ownership and are comfortable working independently- see value in knowledge sharing and team collaborationYour impact- Handle more complex issues and follow them through end-to-end- Support teammates and share practical knowledge-Help improve daily ways of working- Contribute to a stable and well-functioning teamWhat we offer- A friendly, supportive team where knowledge sharing is part of everyday work- Close collaboration with experienced engineers in Denmark- Real opportunities to grow into L2/engineering roles- Learning and certification support-Hybrid work and a modern office in Vilnius- Private health insurance and team eventsInterested in joining us?If you're excited about the opportunity to become our IT Support Engineer and contribute to TDC Erhverv company's growth and transformation, you are welcome to apply with your updated resume.
