IT Transformation Consultant (Contract)

Location: Dubai, UAE (on-site)Contract Length: 6-month contract, extendableTandem Interim is partnering with a leading global management consultancy to find an IT Transformation Consultant for a high-profile client program.The roleShape and deliver the IT transformation roadmap: target operating model, application rationalization, and cloud migrationRun current-state assessments across infrastructure, applications, data and IT governance, and define the target-state architectureLead workstreams through the PMO: planning, RAID management, dependency tracking and steering committee reportingDrive vendor evaluation, RFP processes and business case development (TCO/ROI)Align delivery with frameworks such as TOGAF, ITIL 4 and COBIT, plus local regulatory and data-residency requirementsWork with client CIO/CTO stakeholders and consulting partners to land change and ensure adoptionWhat you bring5+ years in IT transformation, IT strategy or large-scale technology delivery, with experience at a Tier 1, Tier 2 or Big 4 consultancy (essential)Hands-on experience with cloud migration (Azure / AWS / GCP), ERP or core-system modernization, and hybrid Agile/Waterfall deliverySolid grounding in enterprise architecture, IT operating models and IT cost optimizationCertifications preferred: TOGAF, PMP / PRINCE2, ITIL, SAFeGCC public- or private-sector experience is a strong plusFluent English required; Arabic is advantageousIf you’re interested and this aligns with your background, apply now!
