Java Developer (Middle/Senior)

ABOUT THE JOBDevelop and maintain Java-based web applications and APIs for a large-scale card application system.Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions following software engineering best practices.Participate in the development and operation of large-scale enterprise systems, ensuring stability, reliability, and scalability.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Frontend developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.Design, maintain, and optimize database queries, particularly with Oracle SQL, to ensure data integrity and performance.Implement unit testing using JUnit and mocking frameworks to ensure code quality and application reliability.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.Utilize source control and defect tracking tools to support efficient development workflows.Continuously improve application performance, code quality, and development efficiency.ABOUT YOUBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Middle level: 3-4 years of experience; Senior 5-7 years of experience in Java Web/API development.Strong hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot or Java Web and Enterprise Java (Java EE) technologies.Solid knowledge of SQL, particularly Oracle databases, including query writing and performance optimization.Experience developing and maintaining large-scale enterprise applications, especially systems with high requirements for stability, reliability, and scalability.Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and mocking frameworks.Familiarity with source control systems and defect tracking tools.Good English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong problem-solving skills, ownership, and the ability to work independently.Experience with JSF, microservices architecture, or cloud computing is a plus.Basic knowledge of Vue.js is an advantage to facilitate collaboration with Frontend teams; direct Vue.js development experience is not required.Previous experience as a Tech Lead or Team Leader is a plus.Experience in financial services, banking, or credit card systems is an advantage.WHY AMARIS?Competitive salary and 13th-month salary14+ annual leaves per yearPremium healthcare insurance, starting from your probation periodProject reviews and yearly performance appraisalsAnnual company tripsTeambuilding activities: Team lunch/dinner, events, and celebrations, sports clubs (football, yoga, badminton, etc.)International team with flexible working timeTailor-made career pathTechnical workshops and training coursesMobility: Opportunities to be on-site abroad in our offices in over 60+ countriesEqual OpportunityAmaris Consulting is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
