Employment Type: Full-TimeTechnology: ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and technically strong ReactJS UI Developer (Fresher) to join our product development team.We welcome fresh graduates who have undergone practical ReactJS training and have independently developed meaningful, functional web applications.Prior professional experience is not mandatory.

However, strong hands-on project experience is essential.You will work on a real-world SaaS product, developing modern, responsive, user-friendly web applications.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop responsive, mobile-first web applications using ReactJS.Convert UI/UX designs and Figma screens into functional React components.Build reusable, maintainable, and scalable UI components.Integrate frontend applications with backend REST APIs.Implement dynamic forms, validations, search, filters, modals, and interactive user interfaces.Handle API responses, loading states, error handling, and data rendering.Implement client-side routing and state management.Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.Debug and resolve UI issues independently.Collaborate with backend developers and product teams to deliver features.Required Technical SkillsStrong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and ReactJS.Practical experience with React Hooks (useState, useEffect, useContext, etc.).Working knowledge of React Router and component-based architecture.Experience integrating REST APIs using Fetch or Axios.Good understanding of responsive design using CSS, Flexbox, Grid, or Tailwind CSS.Familiarity with state management and form handling.Basic understanding of Git and GitHub.Ability to debug applications using browser developer tools.Understanding of reusable components, props, events, and conditional rendering.Good to HaveExposure to TypeScript.Experience with Redux Toolkit or Zustand.Familiarity with Material UI, Ant Design, or similar UI libraries.Experience implementing authentication flows.Basic understanding of frontend performance optimization.Experience deploying ReactJS applications.Mandatory Hands-on Project ExperienceCandidates must have completed at least one substantial ReactJS project during training, an internship, academic work, or independent development.Relevant examples include:E-commerce applications with product listings, cart, and checkout flows.Admin dashboards with charts, tables, filters, and API integrations.Booking or order management applications.Business management applications with multiple pages and dynamic forms.Projects should demonstrate actual implementation, not just static UI screens or copied tutorials.Candidates must be able to explain their implementation decisions and demonstrate working functionality.Candidate ProfileFresh graduates (B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / MCA / equivalent skills).Candidates who have completed structured ReactJS training with practical project work.Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work in a product development environment.Good understanding of how frontend applications interact with backend services.Selection ProcessTechnical discussion based on previously implemented ReactJS projects.Practical ReactJS coding assignment.Technical interview covering ReactJS, JavaScript, API integration, and UI problem-solving.How to ApplyShare your updated resume along with:GitHub profile or project source-code repository.Live project/demo link, if available.Brief description of the ReactJS projects you have implemented.Note: Freshers are welcome.
