The team is committed to crafting long-lasting interiors that clients can enjoy for years.Role Description The Joinery Factory Incharge is a full-time, on-site role based in Ajman, responsible for overseeing all joinery factory operations from planning to delivery. The role includes managing production schedules, coordinating workflow, and ensuring that all joinery work is executed to the required quality standards and project specifications. The Joinery Factory Incharge will supervise factory staff, allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure safe and efficient use of machinery, tools, and materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing drawings, coordinating with project and design teams, controlling inventory, and ensuring timely dispatch of finished joinery items to project sites. The role also involves maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, optimizing production processes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.Qualifications Strong knowledge of joinery production processes, woodworking techniques, and factory workflows.Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications.Experience in managing production schedules, resource planning, and inventory control in a joinery or fit-out environment.Skill in supervising diverse teams, delegating tasks, and providing clear guidance and performance feedback.Understanding of quality control standards, material selection, and finishing techniques for commercial and residential joinery.Awareness of health, safety, and environmental regulations related to factory operations and equipment use.Effective communication and coordination skills for working with design, project management, procurement, and site installation teams.Proficiency with basic computer applications; familiarity with production planning or ERP systems is an advantage.Prior experience in interior fit-out or joinery factories in the UAE or GCC region is highly beneficial.Relevant technical diploma or degree in Carpentry, Joinery, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
