Junior Accountant

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Accounting or Finance and has experience in bookkeeping and accounting. You will work closely with our senior team and external advisors as part of a dynamic and growing international group.What you'll doHandle day-to-day bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivableSupport month-end and year-end closing, and the preparation of financial statementsAssist with UAE VAT returns and Corporate Tax compliancePrepare client invoices and monitor collectionsKeep accounting records and supporting documents organised for audits and regulatory reviewsWork with the legal and onboarding teams on client entity matters across multiple jurisdictionsWhat we're looking forBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; ACCA/CMA (ongoing) is a plus2 years of experience in accounting, audit or bookkeepingSolid understanding of accounting principles; knowledge of IFRS and UAE VAT/Corporate Tax is a strong plusProficiency in Excel and accounting software (Zoho Books)English C1 level, written and spoken (mandatory)Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentInterest in fintech and digital assets is an advantageGrowth & development: junior team members at Lexify work on real accounts from day one, with structured mentorship and a clear career path.
