Job DescriptionIndustry/ Organization Type: Transportation and StoragePosition Title: Junior Accounts ExecutiveWorking Location: Airline RoadWorking Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Sat, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM) (After probation alternate Saturday)Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB + Medical & Dental BenefitsDuration: Permanent RoleKey ResponsibilitiesPrepare financial statements and support month-end and year-end closing.Handle bank and balance sheet reconciliations, general ledger, and financial reporting.Manage fixed assets, including depreciation, additions, disposals, asset tagging, and annual reconciliation.Handle AP/AR transactions, verify invoices, process payments, and resolve billing discrepancies.Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulations.Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Maintain accurate accounting records, prepare financial reports, and coordinate with relevant departments.Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting accuracy.Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.APPLY NOW!!!Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Relevant accounting experience, including AP/AR, general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end closing.Knowledge of fixed asset accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting is an advantage.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.Good analytical, organisational, and communication skills with attention to detail.Able to work independently and meet deadlines.Kindly apply through ANY of the following methods:Submit your application by clicking the APPLY button;Email your resume to Job@anradus.com.sg.
