Junior Financial Controller | AdTech

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Financial Controller (CPA) to join a growing global AdTech company.This is a great opportunity for a CPA with 1–2 years of relevant experience who is looking to take the next step in their career and gain hands-on financial experience in a dynamic technology environment.The role combines financial reporting, accounting, financial analysis, and day-to-day finance operations, with exposure to international business activities and collaboration with senior finance professionals and management.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting processes.Assist in preparing financial statements, management reports, budgets, and forecasts.Perform financial analysis, variance analysis, and account reconciliations.Monitor revenue, expenses, cash flow, and financial performance.Support accounts receivable, accounts payable, and revenue recognition processes.Assist with financial reporting related to international operations and multiple currencies.Work with external auditors, accountants, and tax advisors.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and data integrity.Support improvements in financial processes, internal controls, and reporting tools.Assist with financial automation initiatives and the implementation of new systems.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA certification – mandatory.1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting, auditing, or financial reporting.Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.Excellent Excel skills.Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and manage multiple priorities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluent English, both written and spoken.Availability to work on-site in Tel Aviv.AdvantagesExperience at a Big 4 or other leading accounting firm.Experience auditing or working with technology companies.Familiarity with IFRS or US GAAP.Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.Exposure to international financial operations and multiple currencies.Interest in AdTech, digital advertising, or technology-driven businesses.Familiarity with automation, BI tools, or AI-driven financial solutions.Who We're Looking ForA sharp, analytical, and highly motivated CPA who is eager to develop professionally and grow into a broader financial controller role.Someone who combines strong accounting fundamentals with a proactive approach, business curiosity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international technology environment.
