Junior QA/QC Engineer

Employment Type: Full-time | Project-BasedPositions Available: 2 (Mechanical & Electrical)About the OpportunityWe are recruiting on behalf of a leading UAE-based engineering and construction company, part of a well-established diversified group with a strong presence across the region.Our client is seeking Junior QA/QC Engineers / Inspectors (Mechanical & Electrical) to join the MEP team on a prestigious high-rise residential development in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai.This is an excellent opportunity for junior-level QA/QC professionals with UAE construction experience to contribute to a landmark project.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct site inspections of mechanical or electrical MEP installations to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.Monitor installation activities and identify quality issues or non-conformances.Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, including inspection requests, checklists and quality reports.Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors and consultants regarding inspections and quality requirements.Assist with material inspections and ensure compliance with approved project specifications.Support the implementation of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and project QA/QC procedures.Ensure work complies with relevant UAE construction standards and project requirements.RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a relevant technical qualification.Previous UAE construction project experience is mandatory.Experience in MEP installation and QA/QC activities on building construction projects.High-rise residential or commercial building project experience is strongly preferred.Understanding of MEP construction processes, quality inspections and documentation.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.Good communication and coordination skills.Suitable for junior-level QA/QC Engineers or Inspectors.Candidates available to join immediately or on short notice are preferred.What We OfferOpportunity to work on a prestigious high-rise development in Dubai.Exposure to a major engineering and construction organisation.Project-based opportunity with an anticipated duration through 2027.Collaborative MEP construction environment.How to ApplyIf you have relevant UAE MEP construction experience and are looking for your next opportunity in QA/QC, we would like to hear from you.Please apply with your updated CV, clearly highlighting your UAE construction project experience and whether your background is in Mechanical or Electrical QA/QC.Please note: Candidates without previous UAE construction project experience will not be considered.
