Kitchen Helper

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Helper to join our hotel culinary team in Europe. This role is vital in supporting the kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations, contributing to our guests' exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist chefs and kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, utensils, and equipment. - Wash, peel, and cut ingredients as required. - Dispose of kitchen waste properly and maintain hygiene standards. - Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies correctly. - Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines as per hotel standards. - Support other kitchen staff with various tasks to ensure timely service delivery. - Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory. - Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team setting. - Good physical stamina to handle long hours and manual work. - Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene. - Positive attitude and willingness to learn. - Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends and holidays. - Basic understanding of food safety standards is an advantage.
