Land Surveyor - Infra

Our portfolio spans Dubai’s prime residential, hospitality, and commercial developments, reflecting our commitment to transparency, customer centricity, quality, integrity, and value creation through a construction-driven approach.With our expanding portfolio of developments and infrastructure projects across Dubai, we are strengthening our onsite Infrastructure team to support project execution and delivery.As a Land Surveyor – Infrastructure, you will be responsible for carrying out land surveying activities to ensure accurate setting out, alignment, levels, and measurements throughout all phases of infrastructure construction. You will ensure that all survey works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and applicable standards. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in UAE infrastructure projects, with strong technical knowledge of surveying instruments, survey calculations, and setting-out procedures.ResponsibilitiesCarry out land surveying and setting-out activities for infrastructure projects in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications.Establish and verify survey control points, benchmarks, coordinates, levels, and reference points.Conduct topographical surveys, site measurements, and as-built surveys.Perform setting out for roads, utilities, drainage networks, sewerage systems, water pipelines, and other infrastructure works.Operate surveying equipment, including Total Station, GPS/GNSS, and Auto Level.Interpret engineering drawings, coordinates, profiles, cross-sections, and construction layouts.Verify line, level, alignment, and elevations to ensure accuracy of construction works.Prepare survey reports, field notes, measurement records, and as-built documentation.Coordinate with site engineers, project engineers, consultants, and construction teams to resolve surveying discrepancies.Monitor survey equipment calibration and ensure proper maintenance and accuracy.Identify and report discrepancies between site conditions and approved drawings.Ensure all surveying activities comply with project quality requirements and established surveying standards.RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, or a related discipline.Minimum 5 years of experience in land surveying within the construction industry.Mandatory UAE experience in infrastructure projects.Hands-on experience in roadworks, utilities, drainage, sewerage, and infrastructure setting-out activities.Proficiency in operating Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Auto Level, and other surveying instruments.Ability to interpret engineering drawings, coordinates, levels, and survey data.Experience in topographical surveys, as-built surveys, and setting-out works.Familiarity with UAE construction standards and infrastructure project requirements.Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and coordination skills.
