Landscape Design Specialist

Position Overview: We are looking for a Landscape Architect cum Draftsman to handle architectural design, technical drafting, 3D visualization, authority approvals, and team coordination. The candidate should have strong technical skills, preferably with experience in the swimming pool and landscape industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and technical details.
• Create 2D drawings and 3D models/renders using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar software.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and material submission documents.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with clients, sales engineers, and consultants.
• Submit drawings to relevant Dubai authorities, including Dubai Municipality, Nakheel, Trakhees, JGE, and DDA, and follow up on approvals.
• Maintain project records, drawings, quotations, variations, and approval documentation.
• Lead and coordinate draftsmen/architects locally and abroad, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Candidate Profile & Experience Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant architectural design and drafting experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and MS Office.
• Experience with Dubai authority approvals is preferred.
• Swimming pool and landscape industry experience is an advantage.
• Previous experience supervising or coordinating a drafting team is preferred.
