Lead AI Solutions Architect

At Anthrobyte.ai, we're building enterprise AI solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.Our flagship platform, Anthrobyte ATLAS, combines Agentic AI, machine learning, decision intelligence and enterprise Supply Chain digital twins to transform how businesses operate and make decisions.We're looking for a hands-on AI technical leader who can architect production-grade solutions, confidently engage US enterprise clients and build a high-performing AI engineering team.What You'll OwnAI Architecture: Design and deliver scalable Agentic AI, GenAI/LLM, RAG and ML solutions.Enterprise Clients: Lead technical discovery, solution design and delivery for strategic US customers.Product Leadership: Shape the Anthrobyte ATLAS roadmap and turn customer solutions into reusable product capabilities.Team Leadership: Mentor engineers, drive technical excellence and build strong in-house AI capabilities.Cloud & Deployment: Own AWS architecture, enterprise integrations and production deployments, including AWS Marketplace readiness.Forward-Deployed Engineering: Work closely with customers to translate complex business challenges into working AI solutions.What We're Looking For10–15+ years in software engineering, AI/ML or enterprise solution architecture.Proven experience shipping production-grade AI products, not just POCs.Strong hands-on expertise in Agentic AI, LLMs, Python, APIs and cloud architecture.Excellent communication skills and experience engaging US enterprise stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and inspire technical teams.Strong ownership mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced startup.Bonus: Experience with ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), enterprise SaaS, AWS Marketplace or AI-driven pricing and optimization.Why Anthrobyte?You'll work directly with the founders from Harvard, 25+ years in IT Governance, Risk & Compliance, fellow IITians, own critical architectural decisions, engage with US enterprise customers and help shape an ambitious enterprise AI platform.We're looking for someone who can architect, build, lead and inspire — not just manage.
