Lead – Estate Property Management Operations (UAEN)

We’re Hiring | Lead – Estate Property Management Operations📍 Location: Abu DhabiKhadamat Facilities Management is seeking an experienced professional to lead estate operations across a commercial and mixed-use property portfolio in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will represent the landlord, build strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders, and support the delivery of high-quality estate services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead estate operations and support the property management team across the portfolio.
• Represent the landlord in day-to-day estate matters and identify opportunities to enhance asset value.
• Build and maintain relationships with tenant executives, government entities and other key stakeholders.
• Manage tenant escalations and promote a positive customer experience.
• Oversee service provider performance and key operational contracts.
• Coordinate with Facilities Management, HSE, Security and other teams on building operations and incidents.
• Support tenant onboarding, events, VIP visits and national delegations.
• Prepare estate performance reports and recommend service improvements.
• Coach and develop the estate operations team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience dealing with senior stakeholders and decision-makers, preferably in real estate.
• Proven experience engaging with senior Abu Dhabi government entities.
• Strong background in contract management and service provider performance.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent spoken and written Arabic and English.
• Experience in estate, property or asset operations, landlord representation or customer experience is an advantage.
